Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the "1 free spin every day for a year" promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion shall be organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter").Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.
  1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and/or identity shall disqualify you from participation in the Promotion and the winning of the Prize (as such term is defined below).
  2. Employees, directors and officers of the Promoter and their relatives, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to the Promoter or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the management of the Promoter's slot machine games described below, its computer systems or the security systems employed therein, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. The Promoter will not in any event pay such a person the Prize, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
  3. This Promotion shall be open only to players who are located at the time of their participation in the Promotion in the following territories: Greece, the Netherlands,  Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Romania, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. The Promoter will not in any event grant the free spins (as described below) and/or pay the Prize to any person who participates in the Promotion from outside the foregoing countries, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision.
  4. Participation in the Promotion shall entitle entrants to enjoy a free spin on one of the Promoter's video slots, according to the Promoter’s choice, every day of the week (i.e. seven weekly free spins) during an entire year with a chance to win up to $2,500 each week (the "Prize").
  5. The Promoter shall grant each entrant 7 free spins every week, according to the day the entrant has made his/her first deposit or within 72 hours thereof and subject to him/her logging in during the week. In the event an entrant has failed to login during the week the weekly free spins shall expire and shall not be added to the next week.
  6. Entrants may login any day of the week in order to receive their free spins and may use such spins on each and every day of the week (or at any other time throughout the week).
  7. The 7 weekly free spins shall be for one video slot machine, according to the Promoter's selection each week. An entrant may choose when to play the free spins during the week and as soon as all of the 7 weekly free spins have been used the entrant's winnings from such free spins shall be credited to his/her account, up to the maximum of $2500.
  8. The 7 weekly free spins shall expire within one week and entrants who have not exercised their free spins within the foregoing time limit shall lose the free spins benefit for such week. If an entrant shall fail to login to his/her account for more than 6 weeks, such entrant shall no longer be entitled to receive any free spins throughout the year.
  9. The Promotion shall commence on January 10, 2011 and shall conclude six weeks thereafter (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time. The Promoter also reserves the right to prolong the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
  10. The Promotion shall be open ONLY to new players who have registered with the Promoter during the Promotion Period and have successfully made their first minimum deposit ($/£/€20) into their user account during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of any doubt, existing players who have registered with the Promoter prior to the Promotion Period shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion even if they re-register during the Promotion Period. The free spins shall be granted immediately upon the entrant's first deposit, along with the Promoter's standard welcome bonus.
  11. The Prize and any accumulated winnings can be cashed out only after an entrant has wagered an amount totaling 30 times the amount of the Prize.
  12. The Promoter shall revoke the Prize and any accumulated winnings of any entrant not fully meeting the wagering requirements mentioned above within 30 days.
  13. Wagering on all games at 888casino will contribute towards wagering requirements but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

    For example, if an entrant wagers $500 on Video Slots, then the entire $500 (100%) will contribute towards wagering requirements for this Promotion. If an entrant wagers $500 on roulette, then $100 (20%) will contribute towards wagering requirements for the Promotion.
  14. All bets via low-risk wagering in all versions of Wild Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to Prize cash out requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the entrant's original deposit from such entrant's withdrawal if the Prize is wagered on any of the foregoing games.
  15. In the event that the Promoter believes a winner is abusing or attempting to abuse the Prize and/or the Promotion through fraudulent behaviour, then the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, deny from such winner the cash-out of the Prize, even after the Prize has been granted.
  16. The Promotion and the Prize are available to players who use both the download and the no-download versions of the Promoter's software in Germany, Spain and Canada, but only to players who register with the Promoter from the download version in Greece, Ireland, Denmark, Romania, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
  17. In order to be eligible to win the Prize all entrants must register for the Promotion with valid and accurate personal details (full name, address, email and telephone number). Should the Promoter deem in its sole discretion that any of the registered information that an entrant provides to the Promoter is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise incomplete, such entrant will not be eligible for the Prize.
  18. Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive the package of 365 free spins for a year only once. Moreover, only one person per household shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion in order to gain additional free spins, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to receive the free spins and win the Prize.
  19. All entrants must have a valid user account with the Promoter at all times during the Promotion Period. In the event that an entrant's user account has been closed, blocked or self excluded during the Promotion Period such entrant shall not be eligible to win the Prize.
  20. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
  21. The Promoter shall have no obligation to pay the Prize in the event of an erroneous win due to bugs or defects in the Promoter's slot machine game, as such shall be determined solely by the Promoter and at its absolute discretion.
  22. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Promoter to use your name, username and country for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment and you hereby grant the Promoter the right to do so should you win the Prize.
  23. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prize, along with the "888 Group Operated Sites and Services End-User License Agreement" (the "EULA") and the Promoter's standard "Bonus Policy" which apply to the Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the provisions contained in the EULA or the Bonus Policy, the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall prevail.
  24. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the Promotion or the awarding of the Prize.
  25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
  26. The Promoter reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the sole judgment of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  27. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
